Crafting Unforgettable Experiences

Under the radiant sun and against the backdrop of sparkling turquoise waters, the F.O.H. Events team embarked on an extraordinary journey to Key Biscayne, Miami, for the CMG Home Loans Chairman’s Council and President’s Club event. 

Covering approximately a week for most attendees, this immersive experience was designed to celebrate achievements, foster relaxation, and inspire a vision for the future. Alongside the talented Rachael Kissel from E.T.M., our collaboration set the stage for an unforgettable experience.

F.O.H. Events, LLC played a crucial role in production and event design. Our team worked collaboratively with Rachael and the team at CMG to bring the vision to life, ensuring every aspect of the event exceeded expectations. Travelling in two semi-trucks from Fort Worth, Texas, we transported our equipment,  to create a truly immersive experience. Additionally, we flew in 11 of our dedicated crew members to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly.

Nestled in Luxury:

Nestled in luxury at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, CMG aimed to fortify team spirit and honor the dedication of their Chairman’s Council and President’s Club members. The festivities kicked off with a vibrant dinner and live band performance on the resort’s terraces, where the ocean waves provided a serene backdrop. 

A Day of Inspiration:

As the sun rose on the following morning, the focus shifted to a business meeting where CMG’s  leadership outlined their vision for the future and strategies for continued success. The meeting featured a special guest speaker, Jose M Hernandez, a Mexican-American NASA astronaut known for his life story in the movie "A Million Miles Away." His inspiring words resonated deeply with attendees, reinforcing the importance of perseverance and determination in achieving their goals. This was followed by leisurely afternoons allowing attendees to unwind and recharge, with opportunities for team bonding and relaxation.

A Night of Celebration:

As night fell, the atmosphere transformed into elegant gala dinners and award ceremonies, honoring individual and collective triumphs. It was a moment of pride and accomplishment for the CMG family, as they basked in their shared successes. Hundreds of awards were presented. 

As the event concluded, a palpable sense of unity and purpose lingered. The F.O.H. Events team had played a pivotal role in creating an unforgettable experience that fostered lasting connections and reignited enthusiasm among the CMG team. The departing smiles and heartfelt farewells spoke volumes—a testament to F.O.H. Events' commitment to surpassing expectations and creating unforgettable experiences. From digital signage to print materials, every aspect of the event was infused with our creative touch, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all.
